While I go to the shopping centre in the center of Brno, I always look at the sign near the road which says “Každé ráno je nový začátek”. Yes, it is right that every spring is a new start.
Today is my birthday. Every moment is an opportunity to start again. So let’s start to write.
I am in Brno right now. I have been in Brno since September. I’m sure I spent time here efficiently during this time. Mostly we complain about time, and we believe that everything would be better if we lived in different times. It can be true but we always postpone doing something we should. Whereas we live in the present time, and try to understand what happens in the world from the present.
Maybe as I write, I’ll realize why I’m writing. The fact that the film I watched two days ago and the book I am reading gave me inspiration to write in this style. Another important thing that I want to say is if we do one regular thing everyday, it can discipline us. I always need to be organized well.
I’d better tell the name of the book and the film right now. The film is Perfect Days and the book is Dreambook by Ludvík Vaculík.
My daughter, half Czech and Turkish and 12 years old, is trying to learn the Turkish language. And I always help her. I realize that everything is really mixed up in our ages. Again I’d like to give reference to the concepts of the digital nomad and digital native. This division is so important but it is not enough to comprehend what is happening around us.
She sent me an image by phone, which indicates that she wrote a story titled “the travelling cat”. I like it, and it motivated me to write regularly.
